Waiting for Copy of Proof

I am waiting for the proof copy. I am very excited and not sure what to do while I wait. I reread my copy and I am surprised that I wrote it. I have a lot of self doubt like I am sure we all do. So I am waiting for the mail to arrive, even though I know it will take a few days, maybe a week.

I have started on my romance novel. I am hoping to have it done by the first of the year.

WRITER'S UPDATE: REWRITES

SO FAR THIS MONH...I HAVE WRITTEN 65 PAGES.... NOW TODAY....I AM GOING TO WRITE THOSE 65 PAGES WHY? I DON'T LIKE THE HOW THE BOOK STARTS I HAVE REWRITTEN THE BEGINNING...LIKE AT LEAST 4 TIMES.....SO HERE GOES #5 THIS IS WHY MY BOOK IS NOT PROGRESSING I KNOW I SHOULD KEEPING WRITING TO THE END....AND NOT REWRITE... BUT EACH TIME I WRITE THE NEW BEGINNING...I THINK THIS IS THE ONE SO TODAY IS OCTOBER 10TH. STARTING REWRITE #5 WISH ME LUCK

Writing When Sick

I didn't feel good the last two days. I slept a lot, but I was still thinking about my writing. I did sit on the couch with my laptop and did some writing, though that I know that I need to do rewrite, but I did write. Today I feel better and hopefully I will get more pages into the computer. I started the rewrite of a novel that has been rejected 20 times and I will get it back on the market. So that I it. I am going to start writing and get this done. What are you working on??? WRITER'S UPDATE: PAGE COUNT IN THE PAST YEARS

YESTERDAY....NOVEMBER 14, 2025 I WROTE 20 PAGES TOOK ME ALL DAY....FROM 10AM TILL 9PM THE WORDS WERE FLOWING....SO I JUST KEPT WRITING I WENT BACK AND LOOKED AT HOW MANY PAGES I HAVE WRITTEN IN 2023....I WROTE 1,303 PAGES 2024....I WROTE 2,638 PAGES SO FAR AS OCTOBER 2025...I HAVE WRITTEN 2,246 PAGES SO FAR THIS MONTH NOVEMBER 2025 I HAVE WRITTEN....151 PAGES WRITING IS A PROCESS ONE WORD AT A TIME
