I know that I have not been on my blogging schedule.  Life got in the way.  Hospitals, Hospital appointments, home health nurse care.  it is rough being a care giver.  It is hard to find the time to write. I have been writing.  I have been writing in Long Hand.  I have been writing when I can.  I have no answers on how to tell anyone to find time to write when life gets in the way. I am going to tell you that it can be done.  For me it has to.  Writing keeps me sane.  Writing keeps me focused.  I go to my lap top and for a few moments, all is write with the world.  I have my characters talking to me.  I can go to another world and escape my world. Readers read to escape to a new world.  I write to escape my world. My life changed in the past two months.  I am no longer alone with my characters.  I know have to worry about my other half.  I have to worry that he is okay before I can do anything I want to.  That is okay.  He would do the same for me. I am writing and publishing a short story every month.  Some months I publish two a month.  If I am not writing I am marketing.  I am on face book.  I am on twitter.  I blog.  That may sound simple, but it zaps my writing time. If you have a spouse or friend that could help you with the social media, you will be ahead of the game.  I do not have that.  I am totally on my own.  I have a full time job.  I get up early to write or promote my books.  I do what I can do. There is no secret formula on how to market your book.  If there was, then we all would be doing the same thing. Be willing to take risks, but watch your money.  Don't go into debt by advertising.  Like publishing your book, it doesn't have to cost you anything.  Like marketing, don't pay anyone to help you, unless you are sure and can afford it.  There is always someone out there to take your

Writing is fun.....Once you hit the publishing button, that is when the real work starts. Some things you should know, but no one will tell you. 1.  Time is your enemy.  You will never have enough time in the day to do what you want to do. 2.  You will soon realize that you find yourself promoting your book, than writing the next book. 3.  Do you have a face book page???  An author Face Book Page???  A Blog???? 4.  What works for one author might not work for another author. 5.  I try to blog everyday or every other day.  If you don't blog regularly, you will lose viewers 6.  I still don't understand facebook, but I know that I have to be on it.  I have friends on facebook and I know that readers are finding me on face book 7.  Need to get your next book out ASAP. 8. I listened for any sound, even the softest sound.  I walked into the living room.  The furniture was tipped over.  My hiking boots were sticking to the carpet.  I looked down at the carpet.  Hard to say what the color was before.  The carpet was now dark red.  Not sure how much blood this carpet soaked up.  I couldn't help to wonder where the bodies were now.  With this much blood, there had to be bodies somewhere.  The couch was tipped over.  The picture window was splattered in blood.  Any more blood I wouldn't have been able to see out the window.  I walked over and closed the curtains.  I looked at the family pictures on the wall, splattered with blood.  This would have made a great crime scene in a movie.  I heard movement behind the couch.  I stood staring at the back of the couch.  Read how it all st

I released a book  How To Write 12 E-Books In One Year www.amazon.com/dp/B00FE81V3S I recieved an e-mail from someone who downloaded a sample....She wrote to inform me what was wrong with my idea and writing style. I deleted the e-mail.  I went on with my business.. No bad review or bad comment will deter me to stop writing.  I am writing and selling books, so I must be doing something right. I have given up on trying to use the social network.  I have decided today that I am going to write and get publish and write the next one.  Last week I spent over 3 hours on facebook and twitter.  I saw now spike in sales.  I am selling but now as many as I like.  So here is my plan now. I am going to write.  That is my first priority......then if I have time I will facebook and twitter. I will still facebook and twitter and blog, but I am not going to waste 3 hours on facebook and twitter again. I have Episode 15 almost done of Me Versed Zombies  Hungry Zombies I will do my best to get that published sometime Monday. I have a full length novel that I need to work on........
