Don't Be Scammed

This is my number one pet peeve on being self published.  There are people, website, and courses out there, that want your money.

THINK BEFORE YOU SPEND!

 There are websites out there that will charge you for services that you can learn to do yourself.  If you don't want to learn these things that is fine, pay for it.  But if the reason that you are paying for services is because you don't t think you can, you are totally wrong.

I have said this before and I am saying it again.  I knew nothing when I started in 2011,  I had a computer.  I had no idea how to send a file via e-mail. I had no idea what to do one I got the file back from the formatter.  How do I get it uploaded on Amazon.  I had no idea that I had more than one drive on the computer.  I downloaded a file and had no idea where it went.

If you are thinking that you can not learn this.  I am proof you can learn if you set your mind to it and are willing to learn.

Don't pay someone to format your files.  Don't pay someone to upload your book onto Amazon or Createspace.  If you want to and can afford it then go ahead.

I know  can write, edit, format and publish and it cost me NOTHING!.  I am not on anyone's schedule.

I woke up and felt like a truck hit me.  I still turned my computer on and started writing.  That is the only way the story is going to get written.  Do I feel like writing?  Nope.  Do if feel like Blogging?  Nope.  I write cause that is what I do.  So I poured me a soda and let the caffine take its effect.  I have to get ready for work in a bit, I blooged, I wrote a bit, so I am still going in the write direction. WRITING UPDATE: NEW MONTH

 LAST MONTH OF SUMMER....AUGUST....ENJOY IT WHILE YOU CAN....WINTER WILL BE HERE BEFORE YOU KNOW IT AUGUST 1ST....I WROTE 8 PAGES.....LAST MONTH....JULY.....I ENDED WITH .....241 PAGES I THINK THAT IS PRETTY GOOD....SO I AM MOVING ALONG....REWRITING MY 1,000 PAGE NOVEL LOTS OF WORLD BUILDING.....A LITTLE BIT OF RESEARCH.......SO IT IS GOING PRETTY WELL. I AM GOING TO TRY TO ENJOY THIS LAST MONTH OF SUMMER.... THE WORLD IS IN CHAOS.....AMERICANS ARE NOT EVEN SURE WHO IS RUNNING THE COUNTRY......JESUS IS COMING....ARE YOU READY????? Get that Book Published

USA UK Denmark Asia FREE On Kindle Unlimited Write no matter what anyone says.  We all have a story to tell.  If you are a writer, your friends and family might get why you write.  I know that my family does not get me at all.  They just roll their eyes and ignore the fact that I am now a self-published writer.  They don't care.  So I don't talk about my writing to them.  Why waste my time. Instead, I write.  I might not write 2,000 words everyday.  What I do everyday is, I write.  I write and it might only be 100 words, but I wrote something.
