My Writing Day

It is only June 5th, but I have written around 10,000 words so far.  The words are flowing this month.  I am using Save The Cat Book and using the 15 beats.  I know how the story starts and how the story ends and what happens at midpoint.

Yes it is for screenwriting, Jessica Brody also wrote a book on how to use Save the Cat book to write a novel. 

I am not getting any money for talking about these books.  It is just what I am using.

I am writing the rough draft of my novel and I am surprised how well it is going.  I have been blogging every morning on this blog and My Other Blog 

Then I go and feed the chickens, and surf the net a bit and in the afternoon, I work on my books.

I am writing throughout the day, though not in all one sitting. 

I blog in bed and in the afternoon, I move into the livingroom and write in front of the television in my recliner until around five pm.

I committed myself to write everyday.  I think it is paying off.  If I don't feel like writing or something comes up, I shoot for at least 500 words that day.
