Dog Days Of Summer

 I don't know where you live...where I live...It is now in100 Drgrees Mark.....Yesterday it ws 95......Hot....Humid.....Yet I still have to go out and take care of the chickens......So where does my writing fit in?????   I come back from feeding and watering the chickens....I am hot, thristy and worn out.....The older I get.....the hot weather zapps my energy.........It is sometimes an effort to write........I know we all have our excuses not to write.....The weather seems like a good reason not to write....How is your writing coming along????????

Writing When Sick

I didn't feel good the last two days.  I slept a lot, but I was still thinking about my writing.  I did sit on the couch with my laptop and did some writing, though that I know that I need to do rewrite, but I did write.  Today I feel better and hopefully I will get more pages into the computer.  I started the rewrite of a novel that has been rejected 20 times and I will get it back on the market. Write No Matter What

I woke up and felt like a truck hit me.  I still turned my computer on and started writing.  That is the only way the story is going to get written.  Do I feel like writing?  Nope.  Do if feel like Blogging?  Nope.  I write cause that is what I do.  So I poured me a soda and let the caffine take its effect.  I have to get ready for work in a bit, I blooged, I wrote a bit, so I am still going in the write direction. WRITER'S UPDATE: PAGE COUNT

 DOG DAYS OF SUMMER ARE HERE LAST NIGHT WHEN I PUT UP THE CHICKENS...IT WAS 89 DEGREES OUT...AT 8PM.... YESTERDAY I WROTE 15 PAGES I GUESS THAT IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I GET UP AT 5AM SO AS OF JULY 8, 2025... I HAVE WRITTEN 52 PAGES THIS MONTH I HAVE A MAMA HEN LAYING ON EGGS....MIGHT HAVE SOME CHICKS IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS KEEP WRITING...ONE WORD AT A TIME...
