Computer Problems

I was without my computer for the last three days. My computer did something over the weekend and I had to take it in. I wish I could tell you what was wrong, but all I know is that they fixed it and I just picked up my computer today.

Sorry I haven't been blogging for the past three days.

I have been writing in longhand, and working on my last scene of the book. I want it to be special and very romantic.

I watched the movie Water for Elephants. Good love story. I liked it.

I watched Bridesmaid. Didn't care much for that one. They could of left out the things that made it an R rating and it would of been a better movie.

I also watched Alvin and the Chipmunks. So cute, if you are in the mood to watch a movie that is just cute . I love listening to them sing.

Have to get back to putting my hand written pages into the computer.

Write Something Today

Also: Back up your copies. When I took my computer in they asked me if I had things backed up. I looked at her with a stupid look. What????? I did have my writing on a disk and that is a good thing.

Writing When Sick

I didn't feel good the last two days. I slept a lot, but I was still thinking about my writing. I did sit on the couch with my laptop and did some writing, though that I know that I need to do rewrite, but I did write. Today I feel better and hopefully I will get more pages into the computer. I started the rewrite of a novel that has been rejected 20 times and I will get it back on the market. So that I it. I am going to start writing and get this done. What are you working on??? WRITER'S UPDATE: REWRITES

SO FAR THIS MONH...I HAVE WRITTEN 65 PAGES.... NOW TODAY....I AM GOING TO WRITE THOSE 65 PAGES WHY? I DON'T LIKE THE HOW THE BOOK STARTS I HAVE REWRITTEN THE BEGINNING...LIKE AT LEAST 4 TIMES.....SO HERE GOES #5 THIS IS WHY MY BOOK IS NOT PROGRESSING I KNOW I SHOULD KEEPING WRITING TO THE END....AND NOT REWRITE... BUT EACH TIME I WRITE THE NEW BEGINNING...I THINK THIS IS THE ONE SO TODAY IS OCTOBER 10TH. STARTING REWRITE #5 WISH ME LUCK

Don't Be Scammed

This is my number one pet peeve on being self published. There are people, website, and courses out there, that want your money. THINK BEFORE YOU SPEND! There are websites out there that will charge you for services that you can learn to do yourself. If you don't want to learn these things that is fine, pay for it. But if the reason that you are paying for services is because you don't t think you can, you are totally wrong. I have said this before and I am saying it again. I knew nothing when I started in 2011, I had a computer. I had no idea how to send a file via e-mail. I had no idea what to do one I got the file back from the formatter. How do I get it uploaded on Amazon. I had no idea that I had more than one drive on the computer. I downloaded a file and had no idea where it went. If you are thinking that you can not learn this.
