I have two desks. I don't use them at all. They are a catch all. I have a lap top. That lets me write wherever I want to. I can write outside. I can write in bed, I can write on the floor. Right now I am writing on the couch. I love my laptop.
I know that I do not sit correctly and am probably going to have aches and pains later. Sometimes my leg will fall asleep or a muscle in my arm will ache later. I just live with the pain. I don't want to sit at a desk.
That is the freedom of being a writer. I can write whenever and wherever.
