Multi Tasking

Self Publishing one has to do everything and balance everything, so everything will get done.  How does one go about that?

1.  Me VS Zombies Zombies On Board  www.amazon.com/dp/B00AZBO6XQ  Need to promote the first story in the series

2.  Me VS Zombies So This Is Christmas  www.amazon.com/dp/B00BHRB9NW  Need to promote the second story of the series

3  Edit The Third story of the Series  Me VS Zombies Take Nothing For Granted

4 Write the fourth story of the Series Me VS Zombies Road To Destruction

5.  Blog

6  Twitter  I am using www.feed140,com

7.  Facebook

8.  E-mails

9.  Plot out future stories of the series

10.  Line up the cover artists and formatters

There is no right or wrong way to do all of this.  I do it as it needs to be done.  I get up early and stay up late.  I do this cause I have deadlines.  I am writing 12 stories this year and publishing one every month. 

There is no time to worry or get upset or think to much.  I write at least 1,000 words a day.  I promote everyday and so far it seems to be working.

How do you balance all of this???

Writing When Sick

I didn't feel good the last two days.  I slept a lot, but I was still thinking about my writing.  I did sit on the couch with my laptop and did some writing, though that I know that I need to do rewrite, but I did write.  Today I feel better and hopefully I will get more pages into the computer.  I started the rewrite of a novel that has been rejected 20 times and I will get it back on the market. WRITER'S UPDATE: REWRITES

 SO FAR THIS MONH...I HAVE WRITTEN 65 PAGES.... NOW TODAY....I AM GOING TO WRITE THOSE 65 PAGES WHY? I DON'T LIKE THE HOW THE BOOK STARTS I HAVE REWRITTEN THE BEGINNING...LIKE AT LEAST 4 TIMES.....SO HERE GOES #5 THIS IS WHY MY BOOK IS NOT PROGRESSING I KNOW I SHOULD KEEPING WRITING TO THE END....AND NOT REWRITE... BUT EACH TIME I WRITE THE NEW BEGINNING...I THINK THIS IS THE ONE SO TODAY IS OCTOBER 10TH. STARTING REWRITE #5 WISH ME LUCK

Don't Be Scammed

This is my number one pet peeve on being self published.  There are people, website, and courses out there, that want your money. THINK BEFORE YOU SPEND! There are websites out there that will charge you for services that you can learn to do yourself.  If you don't want to learn these things that is fine, pay for it.  But if the reason that you are paying for services is because you don't t think you can, you are totally wrong. I have said this before and I am saying it again.  I knew nothing when I started in 2011,  I had a computer.  I had no idea how to send a file via e-mail. I had no idea what to do one I got the file back from the formatter.  How do I get it uploaded on Amazon.  I had no idea that I had more than one drive on the computer.  I downloaded a file and had no idea where it went. If you are thinking that you can not learn this.  I am proof you can learn if you set your mind to it and are willing to learn. Don't...
