Promotion

I am doing my best to promote my books.  I am not saying that I am right.  I am saying I throw things out and see what works.  What works for me, might not work for you.

Twitter:

Not sure I understand twitter.  What I do know is that people are following me.  I know that I need to tweet more often and that is what I am trying to do.  Follow me on twitter @dogbone61  When you are choosing your twitter name, make sure it is one that fits your personality.  It will stay with you and follow you for a long time.

I picked @dogbone61 for the best dog in the world.  My Roxie.  She loved when when no one else did.  I will never forget her.  I always have  a dog in my stories. 

A tweet is 140 characters  find a catchy phrase.  url.  then hashtags #

Beleive it or not, there are lists out there.  If you put #amwriting it your tweet will go on that list.  you can list 2 or 3 hashtags example  #amwriting #99cents #writingtips, if you use all three hashtags, then your tweet will go on all three lists. 

When I tweet I use the hash tags:

#indiepub
#mustread
#amreading
#99cents
#ebook
#kindle
