Writing Is Number One On My List

I have made a decision this week.  I have disconnected my cable.  No more tv for me.  This is huge for me.  I am addicted to tv.  I schedule my life around tv.  No more.  I can not write if I am worried about what I am missing on tv.  Do I really care what is going on in reality tv?  Not any more.  I am sitting here in silence, writing and so far so good. 

I am publishing a series Me VS Zombies, 1 episode a month, sometimes 2.  Sales are picking up.  If I want to quit my job and write full time, I have no time for tv or any other distractions that might prevent me from writing.

I then started another story My Zombie Date, which I hope will be done by the end of the year.  I already have my book cover person working on the cover.

I have a lot of writing to do.So I gave up something that I thought was important that I now realize was only slowing me down in my writing.  What should you be giving up to write more???

Write No Matter What

I woke up and felt like a truck hit me.  I still turned my computer on and started writing.  That is the only way the story is going to get written.  Do I feel like writing?  Nope.  Do if feel like Blogging?  Nope.  I write cause that is what I do.  So I poured me a soda and let the caffine take its effect.  I have to get ready for work in a bit, I blooged, I wrote a bit, so I am still going in the write direction. WRITER'S UPDATE: PAGE COUNT

 DOG DAYS OF SUMMER ARE HERE LAST NIGHT WHEN I PUT UP THE CHICKENS...IT WAS 89 DEGREES OUT...AT 8PM.... YESTERDAY I WROTE 15 PAGES I GUESS THAT IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I GET UP AT 5AM SO AS OF JULY 8, 2025... I HAVE WRITTEN 52 PAGES THIS MONTH I HAVE A MAMA HEN LAYING ON EGGS....MIGHT HAVE SOME CHICKS IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS KEEP WRITING...ONE WORD AT A TIME...

Writing When Sick

I didn't feel good the last two days.  I slept a lot, but I was still thinking about my writing.  I did sit on the couch with my laptop and did some writing, though that I know that I need to do rewrite, but I did write.  Today I feel better and hopefully I will get more pages into the computer.  I started the rewrite of a novel that has been rejected 20 times and I will get it back on the market. So that I it.  I am going to start writing and get this done. What are you working on??? This is a new year.....New Beginning.
