New Year---New Goals

2014 is upon us.  The Holidays will be over.  You will be making New Years Resolutions.  Time will pass.  You will have broken all your New Years Reasolutions and before you know it, it will be summer and the year half over with.

I have a solution to that problem.

FOLLOW ME AS I WRITE MY WAY THROUGH THE YEAR.

FOLLOW ME AND TOGETHER WE ALL CAN GET PUBLISH AND SEE OUR WRITING DREAMS BECOME A REALITY.

You might ask, How can I get published this coming year?

Glad you asked.  Make a list of Goal.  It does not matter if you reach the goals.  List want you want to accomplish this year.

Here is my list of goals for 2014

1.  Write & Publish a short story EVERY MONTH

2.  Finish writing My Date With a Zombie  Get it publish

3. Write Buried Memories.  Get it publish

4.Blog Every day on my progress

5.  Sell my books at Comic.Com   (Goal before I die)

Writing When Sick

I didn't feel good the last two days.  I slept a lot, but I was still thinking about my writing.  I did sit on the couch with my laptop and did some writing, though that I know that I need to do rewrite, but I did write.  Today I feel better and hopefully I will get more pages into the computer.  I started the rewrite of a novel that has been rejected 20 times and I will get it back on the market. WRITER'S UPDATE: REWRITES

 SO FAR THIS MONH...I HAVE WRITTEN 65 PAGES.... NOW TODAY....I AM GOING TO WRITE THOSE 65 PAGES WHY? I DON'T LIKE THE HOW THE BOOK STARTS I HAVE REWRITTEN THE BEGINNING...LIKE AT LEAST 4 TIMES.....SO HERE GOES #5 THIS IS WHY MY BOOK IS NOT PROGRESSING I KNOW I SHOULD KEEPING WRITING TO THE END....AND NOT REWRITE... BUT EACH TIME I WRITE THE NEW BEGINNING...I THINK THIS IS THE ONE SO TODAY IS OCTOBER 10TH. STARTING REWRITE #5 WISH ME LUCK

Don't Be Scammed

This is my number one pet peeve on being self published.  There are people, website, and courses out there, that want your money. THINK BEFORE YOU SPEND! There are websites out there that will charge you for services that you can learn to do yourself.  If you don't want to learn these things that is fine, pay for it.  But if the reason that you are paying for services is because you don't t think you can, you are totally wrong. I have said this before and I am saying it again.  I knew nothing when I started in 2011,  I had a computer.  I had no idea how to send a file via e-mail. I had no idea what to do one I got the file back from the formatter.  How do I get it uploaded on Amazon.  I had no idea that I had more than one drive on the computer.  I downloaded a file and had no idea where it went. If you are thinking that you can not learn this.  I am proof you can learn if you set your mind to it and are willing to learn. Don't...
