Sagging Middles

I am half way through.  I am now on chapter 11  Yea!!!!

I am very happy about that.  I have also have plotted the last 10 chapters so I am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.  I know that I will have to rewrite it, but I am happy with the conflict and I am not going to change the plot, the plot points or the black moment.  I am going to see this one through.

How is your book going???  Half way done?  Having sagging middles????

Let me know.  I like to plot out each scene ahead so I know where I am going.  Not to say that I am going to change things, but least I know where I am heading.

So I am happy about my progress and looking forward to the rewrite.  I have been writing for the past 4 hours.  I write when I can and I am always thinking about my story.  For me that is the only way it is going to get written.  I tried writing just an hour a day, but that was not getting me anywhere.  I tried to write in longhand and then type it into the computer that just took forever so I am doing both, writing in longhand when I am not at the computer and when I am at the computer I am writing, so I have been in front of the computer for the past four hours. 

So what ever works for you to get it done.  I don't think I have a sagging middle.  I know where my story is going and I see it done and published.  Write through the sagging middles and see the end result.  You can do this!!!!

Writing When Sick

I didn't feel good the last two days.  I slept a lot, but I was still thinking about my writing.  I did sit on the couch with my laptop and did some writing, though that I know that I need to do rewrite, but I did write.  Today I feel better and hopefully I will get more pages into the computer.  I started the rewrite of a novel that has been rejected 20 times and I will get it back on the market. WRITER'S UPDATE: REWRITES

 SO FAR THIS MONH...I HAVE WRITTEN 65 PAGES.... NOW TODAY....I AM GOING TO WRITE THOSE 65 PAGES WHY? I DON'T LIKE THE HOW THE BOOK STARTS I HAVE REWRITTEN THE BEGINNING...LIKE AT LEAST 4 TIMES.....SO HERE GOES #5 THIS IS WHY MY BOOK IS NOT PROGRESSING I KNOW I SHOULD KEEPING WRITING TO THE END....AND NOT REWRITE... BUT EACH TIME I WRITE THE NEW BEGINNING...I THINK THIS IS THE ONE SO TODAY IS OCTOBER 10TH. STARTING REWRITE #5 WISH ME LUCK

Don't Be Scammed

This is my number one pet peeve on being self published.  There are people, website, and courses out there, that want your money. THINK BEFORE YOU SPEND! There are websites out there that will charge you for services that you can learn to do yourself.  If you don't want to learn these things that is fine, pay for it.  But if the reason that you are paying for services is because you don't t think you can, you are totally wrong. I have said this before and I am saying it again.  I knew nothing when I started in 2011,  I had a computer.  I had no idea how to send a file via e-mail. I had no idea what to do one I got the file back from the formatter.  How do I get it uploaded on Amazon.  I had no idea that I had more than one drive on the computer.  I downloaded a file and had no idea where it went.
