Be Romantic

I write romance novel.  I believe in love and happily ever after.

It is good to do something romantic and rekindle the romance in your relationship.  Today I have been with my boyfriend for five years.  I did what any woamn would do if they want flowers and a card.  Leave him a voice mail to tell him you are expecting a card on that day. 

The fact that he went to the store, bought a card and flowers was very romantic for  me and I think that would work in a story.  I didn't want to be disappointed so I told him what I expected from him.

I got a dozen pink roses and a card.  Pizza and a movie what is more romantic than that.  So the day was perfect and I can use this in one of my stories. 

So there is nothing wrong with telling your hero what the herione wants.  Let the herione take the lead.  It can still be romantic and then it can lead to the bedroom.

The herione doesn't have to be shy or intimated, let her take the lead and give her some spunk.

I love romance.  It works in the real world and it can work in one of your stories.

WRITER'S UPDATE: REWRITES

 SO FAR THIS MONH...I HAVE WRITTEN 65 PAGES.... NOW TODAY....I AM GOING TO WRITE THOSE 65 PAGES WHY? I DON'T LIKE THE HOW THE BOOK STARTS I HAVE REWRITTEN THE BEGINNING...LIKE AT LEAST 4 TIMES.....SO HERE GOES #5 THIS IS WHY MY BOOK IS NOT PROGRESSING I KNOW I SHOULD KEEPING WRITING TO THE END....AND NOT REWRITE... Don't Be Scammed

This is my number one pet peeve on being self published.  There are people, website, and courses out there, that want your money. THINK BEFORE YOU SPEND! There are websites out there that will charge you for services that you can learn to do yourself.  If you don't want to learn these things that is fine, pay for it.  But if the reason that you are paying for services is because you don't t think you can, you are totally wrong. I have said this before and I am saying it again.  I knew nothing when I started in 2011,  I had a computer.  I had no idea how to send a file via e-mail. I had no idea what to do one I got the file back from the formatter.  How do I get it uploaded on Amazon.  I had no idea that I had more than one drive on the computer.  I downloaded a file and had no idea where it went.
