Goals for Characters

Does your characters have Goals? Or are they just going about everyday life.

When I started writing, my characters were either eating and sleeping....Boring.

So know I have to make sure that my characters have goals and are going for something.

I get lost sometimes and have to rewrite the scenes. My on line workshop that I am taking is about goals, motavation, and conflict which ever story needs. My story needs work in this area.

I just got my first lesson in the workshop and will probably take it to work and work on the first lesson.

Keep writing and stay focus.

Writing When Sick

I didn't feel good the last two days. I slept a lot, but I was still thinking about my writing. I did sit on the couch with my laptop and did some writing, though that I know that I need to do rewrite, but I did write. Today I feel better and hopefully I will get more pages into the computer. I started the rewrite of a novel that has been rejected 20 times and I will get it back on the market. So that I it. I am going to start writing and get this done. What are you working on??? Write No Matter What

I woke up and felt like a truck hit me. I still turned my computer on and started writing. That is the only way the story is going to get written. Do I feel like writing? Nope. Do if feel like Blogging? Nope. I write cause that is what I do. So I poured me a soda and let the caffine take its effect. I have to get ready for work in a bit, I blooged, I wrote a bit, so I am still going in the write direction. I write no matter what. whether I feel like it or not. WRITER'S UPDATE: REWRITES

SO FAR THIS MONH...I HAVE WRITTEN 65 PAGES.... NOW TODAY....I AM GOING TO WRITE THOSE 65 PAGES WHY? I DON'T LIKE THE HOW THE BOOK STARTS I HAVE REWRITTEN THE BEGINNING...LIKE AT LEAST 4 TIMES.....SO HERE GOES #5 THIS IS WHY MY BOOK IS NOT PROGRESSING I KNOW I SHOULD KEEPING WRITING TO THE END....AND NOT REWRITE... BUT EACH TIME I WRITE THE NEW BEGINNING...I THINK THIS IS THE ONE SO TODAY IS OCTOBER 10TH. STARTING REWRITE #5 WISH ME LUCK
