Promo Material

I know that I need promotional material to promote my book.  What should I get????

Bookmarks??  Postcards???  Flyers???  Business Cards????  I know what I want, but have no idea what is the right thing to do.

The thing that I figured out was, I need to do what is right for me.  What I want.  What others say doesn't matter.

It is my book.  I am the one promoting the book, so the bottom line is that it is my decision.

I decided to get 200 copies of a flyer, with the book cover on the flyer and an excerpt from the book.  I am also going to ge business cards, with the book cover on the cards.

I want the flyers to hand out to bookstores and people.  I want the business cards, cause I can keep them in my purse and wallet and will always have something to give to anyone I talk to about my book.  I will never say I don't have a card.  I am not going to lose a customer, cause I don't have anything to give them.  I am going to the printer this morning and order them this morning. 

I went to the printer a few days ago and I chose him, cause he listened to me and I think he will do a good job.  he didn't roll his eyes when I told him I wrote a book.

So I am going to do what I think is best for me.  Remember that I can deduct all this from my taxes next year.  I am saving my reciepts.

Write No Matter What

I woke up and felt like a truck hit me.  I still turned my computer on and started writing.  That is the only way the story is going to get written.  Do I feel like writing?  Nope.  Do if feel like Blogging?  Nope.  I write cause that is what I do.  So I poured me a soda and let the caffine take its effect.  I have to get ready for work in a bit, I blooged, I wrote a bit, so I am still going in the write direction. WRITING UPDATE: NEW MONTH

 LAST MONTH OF SUMMER....AUGUST....ENJOY IT WHILE YOU CAN....WINTER WILL BE HERE BEFORE YOU KNOW IT AUGUST 1ST....I WROTE 8 PAGES.....LAST MONTH....JULY.....I ENDED WITH .....241 PAGES I THINK THAT IS PRETTY GOOD....SO I AM MOVING ALONG....REWRITING MY 1,000 PAGE NOVEL LOTS OF WORLD BUILDING.....A LITTLE BIT OF RESEARCH.......SO IT IS GOING PRETTY WELL. I AM GOING TO TRY TO ENJOY THIS LAST MONTH OF SUMMER.... THE WORLD IS IN CHAOS.....AMERICANS ARE NOT EVEN SURE WHO IS RUNNING THE COUNTRY......JESUS IS COMING....ARE YOU READY????? Get that Book Published

USA UK Denmark Asia FREE On Kindle Unlimited Write no matter what anyone says.  We all have a story to tell.  If you are a writer, your friends and family might get why you write.  I know that my family does not get me at all.  They just roll their eyes and ignore the fact that I am now a self-published writer.  They don't care.  So I don't talk about my writing to them.  Why waste my time.
