When Do You Stop Rewriting and Just Publish The Book?

Yea!  Yea!  Yea!

IS IN EDITING MODE!!!!

I have wrote this story, rewrote this story.  Started an entire rewrite of this story.  It has been over 2 years, I have wrote and rewrote this story.

I have been working on this for the past month.  Then yesterday, I said enough.  I am done.  I can not move forward with any other story, until I publish this story.  It is like I am stuck and keep rewriting and rewriting and rewriting as if I am on a tread mill.  I want to get off the tread mill.

I printed out a hard copy of the story and will start editing this story and then send it off to the editor, so I can move on to Book 2 of the series.

So I am exciting.  Even if the story is not perfect, once I go through it, I am going to send it to the editor, because I know that I will have to make some corrections.

It is time to move on to the next book.

How many times do you rewrite your books?????

Write No Matter What

I woke up and felt like a truck hit me.  I still turned my computer on and started writing.  That is the only way the story is going to get written.  Do I feel like writing?  Nope.  Do if feel like Blogging?  Nope.  I write cause that is what I do.  So I poured me a soda and let the caffine take its effect.  I have to get ready for work in a bit, I blooged, I wrote a bit, so I am still going in the write direction. I write no matter what.  whether I feel like  it or not. Have a great day. http://sharonleejohnson.com/

I believe it.  Writer's write.  It is that simple. There are people on Facebook, posting their word count.  I am in awe of those people. I try to write everyday, but it does not always work out that way for me. I guess what I am trying to say, it that don't feel bad if you don't write for one day.  You are still a writer. I know that this is NANO month and you are suppose to write everyday and at the end of the month, have written 50,000 words.  Which is awesome.  The way I am going, I am not going to make it.  I have no excuse but I have headaches everyday and I mean everyday.  Some days are better than others.  A lot of the headaches are sinus headaches.  I am not using this as an excuse.  I know that others have worse problems in their lives. So if you are a...
