Daily Writing

Once again I woke up around 7 am.  I have been sitting at the computer for the past 4 hours.
I have been working on a short Non-Fiction Book.  How To Write Your Testimony.
Before I knew it, I had written 3,000 words without even trying.

Yesterday, I blogged most of the morning.  I didn't work on my novel, until late afternoon.  I kept writing until I wrote 1,000 words.  It was not easy.  I keep looking at my word count, wanted to stop writing.

Everyday I never know if I am in the mood to write until I start writing.  So I have to write to see if I am going to write.  Not sure non of this makes any sense.

I follow Jess Mountifield  She is in the Facebook group 20booksto50K

She is a stay at home mom and writes and publishes a book a month.  She also wrote the book How to write lots and get sh*t done.  I would recommend this book.  She is one busy woman.

When I woke up I didn't want to do anything but sit and binge watch The Walking Dead, It starts again tonight on AMC.  Very excited.

But I did write, then I was going to watch the Walking Dead but decided to blog this first.

So Daily Writing is never the same everyday.  It is a choice.  To Write Or Not To Write?
That is the question

Write No Matter What

I woke up and felt like a truck hit me.  I still turned my computer on and started writing.  That is the only way the story is going to get written.  Do I feel like writing?  Nope.  Do if feel like Blogging?  Nope.  I write cause that is what I do.  So I poured me a soda and let the caffine take its effect.  I have to get ready for work in a bit, I blooged, I wrote a bit, so I am still going in the write direction. I write no matter what.  whether I feel like  it or not. Have a great day. http://sharonleejohnson.com/

Writing Everyday

I am in awe of people who can write everyday.  I have heard that for years.  Write Everyday, even if it is just one word, one sentence or 1,000 words. I believe it.  Writer's write.  It is that simple. There are people on Facebook, posting their word count.  I am in awe of those people. I try to write everyday, but it does not always work out that way for me. I guess what I am trying to say, it that don't feel bad if you don't write for one day.  You are still a writer. I know that this is NANO month and you are suppose to write everyday and at the end of the month, have written 50,000 words.  Which is awesome.  The way I am going, I am not going to make it.  I have no excuse but I have headaches everyday and I mean everyday.  Some days are better than others.  A lot of the headaches are sinus headaches.  I am not using this as an excuse.  I know that others have worse problems in their lives. So if you are a...
