I did this yesterday and it took me 5 hours to figure it out. I would upload the file and it would take it, but my margins were way off.

I uploaded the file. waited 5 minutes or so and then launched the preview button, to see what was wrong, then I went back to my file, changed my file and then uploaded it.
I did this over and over again. I think I have my margins right. I am going to send for a proof copy to see what it looks like in print. I know it is not perfect, but I need to see the book in print so I will know what I need to fix.
Publishing as E-Book is so simple, because there are no margins, trim size of page count. So publishing an E-book, once you learn it, it is so easy to publish.
Print Books, not so much.
I don't want to pay someone to format my print book. Amazon has all the answers on line, it just takes a bit longer to learn it.
I am not giving up.
I want this book in print form, mostly for me. I have a cool cover and I want to hold my book and I want to give my book to people. Though I might not sell that many, but I will have copies for book signings, and just knowing that I wrote and published a book

I am also going to make this book into Print and I am going to add lined pages where readers can write in the book ;
So this is a learning curve. I had published other Print Books on CreateSpace but Amazon merged Createspace with them, so I have to relearn how to do Print Books. It is not hard, but for me time consuming, but why should I pay for something that I can learn to do it?
So I am not giving up and neither should you.
