Beta Reader

I am a Beta Reader.  I never heard of this till a few months ago.  It is when I writer lets you read her story and you are the first reader.  They want someone's viewpoint of the story.  If it flows right, the character's arc....This is my first time doing it and I am very excited. 

I will let you know how it goes.  Who knew that someone would care what I think....

I think that if you reach out...people will embrace your uniqueness.  I know I have different ideas and don't fit in with a lot of people....Being a writer I think we are all a bit different.....

The author sent her story by attachment.  See how that works out......

So all of you keep writitng.  I will let you know how being a Beta writer works out

Writing When Sick

I didn't feel good the last two days.  I slept a lot, but I was still thinking about my writing.  I did sit on the couch with my laptop and did some writing, though that I know that I need to do rewrite, but I did write.  Today I feel better and hopefully I will get more pages into the computer.  I started the rewrite of a novel that has been rejected 20 times and I will get it back on the market. WRITER'S UPDATE: REWRITES

 SO FAR THIS MONH...I HAVE WRITTEN 65 PAGES.... NOW TODAY....I AM GOING TO WRITE THOSE 65 PAGES WHY? I DON'T LIKE THE HOW THE BOOK STARTS I HAVE REWRITTEN THE BEGINNING...LIKE AT LEAST 4 TIMES.....SO HERE GOES #5 THIS IS WHY MY BOOK IS NOT PROGRESSING I KNOW I SHOULD KEEPING WRITING TO THE END....AND NOT REWRITE... BUT EACH TIME I WRITE THE NEW BEGINNING...I THINK THIS IS THE ONE SO TODAY IS OCTOBER 10TH. STARTING REWRITE #5 WISH ME LUCK

WRITER'S UPDATE: PAGE COUNT

 DOG DAYS OF SUMMER ARE HERE LAST NIGHT WHEN I PUT UP THE CHICKENS...IT WAS 89 DEGREES OUT...AT 8PM.... YESTERDAY I WROTE 15 PAGES I GUESS THAT IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I GET UP AT 5AM SO AS OF JULY 8, 2025... I HAVE WRITTEN 52 PAGES THIS MONTH I HAVE A MAMA HEN LAYING ON EGGS....MIGHT HAVE SOME CHICKS IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS KEEP WRITING...ONE WORD AT A TIME...
