Why I Write

I write for me.  I have always written.  I have written in journals since I was about 12.  I wrote short stories in gradeschool.  Wish I had those stories today.  No one has ever paid any attention to my writing.  I write, cause it helps me stay focus.  I know that I have good ideas.  that is a fact.  I write cause that is the gift that God gave me and I can not write.

Why do you write?  For fame or your personal satafacation:

Sure it would  be great to get published and make a lot of money, but if that doesn't happen I will survive.  I will never stop writing.  It is who I am and I will strive to get published.
    
Whatever the reason is you write, the important thing is that you write, write for fun.  Write for yourself.  Write for publication.  Write for money. 

The important thing is to write.

I woke up and felt like a truck hit me.  I still turned my computer on and started writing.  That is the only way the story is going to get written.  Do I feel like writing?  Nope.  Do if feel like Blogging?  Nope.  I write cause that is what I do.  So I poured me a soda and let the caffine take its effect.  I have to get ready for work in a bit, I blooged, I wrote a bit, so I am still going in the write direction. WRITER'S UPDATE: PAGE COUNT

 DOG DAYS OF SUMMER ARE HERE LAST NIGHT WHEN I PUT UP THE CHICKENS...IT WAS 89 DEGREES OUT...AT 8PM.... YESTERDAY I WROTE 15 PAGES I GUESS THAT IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I GET UP AT 5AM SO AS OF JULY 8, 2025... I HAVE WRITTEN 52 PAGES THIS MONTH I HAVE A MAMA HEN LAYING ON EGGS....MIGHT HAVE SOME CHICKS IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS KEEP WRITING...ONE WORD AT A TIME...

Get that Book Published

USA UK Denmark Asia FREE On Kindle Unlimited Write no matter what anyone says.  We all have a story to tell.  If you are a writer, your friends and family might get why you write.  I know that my family does not get me at all.  They just roll their eyes and ignore the fact that I am now a self-published writer.  They don't care.  So I don't talk about my writing to them.  Why waste my time.
