Tax Time

Now is the time to think about taxes.

SAVE ALL RECIEPTS

This is a new year.  Find a shoebox or an envelope to put the reciepts in. 

Stamps, computer paper, business cards are deductable.  Writer's conference and everything that you spend on that trip maybe deductable.

If you are planning on selling your book on amazon.com or the kindle store...then you have a business and will have report your earnings.....you will need deductions....So start thinking like a business person.   OR you will be paying more in taxes.

Talk to your tax person and find out what you need to do.  The more you prepare now, the better off you will be.

You don't want the IRS pounding at your door, so you need to find out what you need to do. 

Keep Writing and SAVE those RECIEPTS

WRITER'S UPDATE: PAGE COUNT

 DOG DAYS OF SUMMER ARE HERE LAST NIGHT WHEN I PUT UP THE CHICKENS...IT WAS 89 DEGREES OUT...AT 8PM.... YESTERDAY I WROTE 15 PAGES I GUESS THAT IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I GET UP AT 5AM SO AS OF JULY 8, 2025... I HAVE WRITTEN 52 PAGES THIS MONTH I HAVE A MAMA HEN LAYING ON EGGS....MIGHT HAVE SOME CHICKS IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS KEEP WRITING...ONE WORD AT A TIME...

Get that Book Published

USA UK Denmark Asia FREE On Kindle Unlimited Write no matter what anyone says.  We all have a story to tell.  If you are a writer, your friends and family might get why you write.  I know that my family does not get me at all.  They just roll their eyes and ignore the fact that I am now a self-published writer.  They don't care.  So I don't talk about my writing to them.  Why waste my time.
