Every year they have a contest, called The Golden Heart Contest
I signed up to be a judge. I think it is a good idea to be involved, though I admit that I am not involved as I should be.
Being a judge gives me the oppernunity to see what other writers are doing as see different writing styles.
So if you are a memeber of a writer's group, think about getting involved. You will get alot out of it.
